30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. From the day you receive your delivery, you have 30 days to decide if the item meets your expectations.

  • Return Fee: A return fee of £50 applies for returns made without any manufacturing faults, which will be deducted from your refund.

Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Assembled or altered items will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

If your order arrives with missing or damaged parts, we will promptly send replacements.

  • Report Timeline: Please report any damages or missing parts within 30 days of delivery. After this period, exchanges or replacements may not be possible.
  • Condition Requirements: Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a new, unassembled state. Items not in their original packaging or that have been assembled cannot be exchanged or replaced.
  • Photographic Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of damage to help us process replacements.

Exchange Fee: For exchanges, a fee of up to £50 may apply.

Cancellations and Returns

We take great care in offering quality products. However, if you need to return an item, we can arrange a collection through our delivery team for a fee starting at £50, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange to return the item yourself.

  • Return Condition: Goods must be in new condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving the returned goods.

Self-Return Option: You may also choose to return items on your own, at your own expense.

Special Return Requirements by Location

Please note, if you are located in any of the following areas, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your item’s return:

  • The Channel Islands
  • North of Aberdeen
  • Northern Ireland
  • Ireland and Isle of Wight

For customers in these regions, Beds Solution will not arrange item collection, regardless of whether the item is damaged.

Note: To ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange, items must remain in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened, assembled, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
